Why banana bread?
Banana bread has a few big advantages over 'regular' cake.
For example, it contains much less or even no flour, which also results in less
rapid carbohydrates. That means fewer fluctuations in your blood sugar level,
with all the benefits that entails.
The flower is often (partly) replaced by almond flour. This
makes banana bread a suitable snack for people with gluten intolerance. The
almonds also deliver many healthy nutrients, including omega 3 - fats and various
vitamins and minerals.
However, they make the banana bread slightly more caloric.
If you do not eat huge portions, that is not a problem! It is only important
that you integrate the banana bread well into the rest of your daily menu.
Would you rather not have almond flour? Then you can also use spelled flour.
Sugar-free banana
bread
Sugar is not used in many banana bread recipes. (This also
applies to the recipe we give below.) The sweet taste instead comes from the
ripe bananas and the dates.
However, it is important to realize that fruit sugars are
still simply sugars. They are a bit healthier than refined crystalline sugars,
but that is mainly because they combine with more fiber, vitamins and minerals.
The glucose and fructose remains the same. That is certainly no reason to any
fruit to eat because fruit has benefits that outweigh the cons largely.
It means that once again you do not have to take huge
portions of this banana bread (or other sweet snacks). Candy in moderation,
then you is all right!

Grease a cake tin, pour in the batter and bake the cake in

The above banana bread without sugar uses nuts to enrich the

For example, red fruit is a good option, and dried fruit can
